How it works. Everyone is packed into one solid cube with no gaps, the way Trillions packs $100 bills. Each person counts as 62 litres, a rough average body volume across all ages (adults are about 65–70 L, children much less). Cube side = cube root of (people × 0.062 m³).
The people drawn on the cube are life-size (about 1.75 m) so you can stand at the base and look up; they are illustrative, since packing at 62 L each would be far denser. Populations are approximate 2026 figures from the UN World Population Prospects 2024 medium projection; cities are metro-area estimates. One building storey is taken as 3.2 m.
Landmarks are modelled at real size: Statue of Liberty 93 m to the torch, Big Ben (Elizabeth Tower) 96 m, Great Pyramid 139 m, Eiffel Tower 330 m, Empire State Building 443 m to the tip, Burj Khalifa 828 m.
